Plaintiffs appeal by leave granted from a Wayne Circuit Court order denying plaintiffs’ posttrial access to a juror’s personal history questionnaire. We reverse in part.

Plaintiffs filed a personal injury lawsuit arising out of defendant’s alleged negligent operation and supervision of defendant’s roller-skating rink. The case was tried before Wayne Circuit Judge Helene White. In October, 1986, the jury returned a special verdict, finding for defendant on the ground that there was ”no negligence.”_
