— Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Klein, J.), entered June 23, 1982 in Columbia County, which provisionally accepted the Grand Jury report in the above matter, subject to appellant’s right to submit an answer; and (2) from an order of said court, entered August 27,1982 in Columbia County, which finally accepted said report.
