Plaintiffs are the trustees of a liquidation trust for the benefit of bondholders. January 4, 1943, they sued in forcible entry and detainer to recover possession of premises in the city of Chicago. Defendants appeared, answered and demanded trial by jury. Plaintiffs moved for summary judgment. The motion was supported by the affidavit of plaintiff Stanmeyer, executed in conformity with Rule 15 of the Supreme Court.
