MEMORANDUM ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO AVOID LIEN

RICHARD S. STAIR, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

The court has before it the debtor’s “Motion to Avoid Lien” (Motion) filed November 22, 1991. By this Motion, the debtor seeks to avoid a judicial lien asserted by Third National Bank in Nashville (Third National) against the debtor’s survivorship interest in real property held by the debtor and his nondebtor spouse as tenants by the entirety.
