* Writ of error dismissed for want of jurisdiction June 6, 1924. On May 5, 1922, R. L. Shipley, who was an employee of the Texas Company, at Port Arthur, Tex., died very suddenly while upon the premises at which he was employed. The Texas Company, at the time, was a subscriber under the Employers' Liability Act of this state, and carried a policy of insurance issued by appellant covering Shipley as one of its employees.
