OnNovember 21,2005, Plaintiffs, Stephanie and David Nauman, filed a Motion for Judgment (MFJ) against Defendants Lynn Samuels, M.D., and Page Memorial Hospital, claiming medical malpractice and wrongful death due to Defendants’ negligent care of Plaintiffs’ five-year-old daughter. Defendants filed responsive pleadings, challenging venue, but did not file an answer. Defendants’ counsel finally tendered an answer to the Court several months after the venue issue was resolved.
