This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County wherein the trial court sustained the defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiff-appellant’s petition praying for an injunction to enjoin the defendants from removing him from the office of Fire Chief of the City of Crest-wood, Missouri, or, in the alternative, for a declaration of the rights and duties of the parties and for an order requiring the City to reimburse him for wages and salary lost or withheld from him by reason of his removal from said office. We affirm.
