The defendants John Franklin Barron, Daniel James Frey and Duane Lee Johnson, were named, together with four others (a total of seven), in an indictment charging various violations of 21 U.S.C. § 841, possessing with intent to distribute methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.
