This is an appeal from the Superior Court of Chicago. The cause was before that court at the April term, 1870, on the following agreed facts:
It is stipulated in the above entitled causes, that the Barque Great West No. 2, was at the time the causes of action respectively arose, owned by Edward McDonald, and William H.
