—Judgments, Supreme Court, New York County (Bernard Fried, J.), rendered January 17, 1996 and December 11, 1995, convicting each defendant, after a jury trial, of enterprise corruption, and sentencing defendant Ciauri, as a second felony offender, to a term of 12V2 to 25 years, and sentencing defendant Besser, as a persistent felony offender, to a term of 15 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
