On the 16th day of April, 1903, his Honor, Judge Watts, heard the report of G. H. Sass, Esq., as one of the masters for Charleston County, S. C., together with the exceptions thereto filed, and also the testimony offered at the hearing before the master. The master had recommended that the complaint be dismissed. The said Circuit Judge sustained the said master in all respects, and adjudged that all the exceptions be overruled, ánd that the complaint be dismissed with costs.
