OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

Ordered that the order is reversed without costs and defendants’ motion for summary judgment is granted.

Plaintiff commenced this action in Supreme Court, Kings County, to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained in a motor vehicle accident. Defendants moved for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the ground that plaintiff did not sustain a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d).
