Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Sara-toga County (Catena, J.), entered May 4, 1999, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application,, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, to extend placement of respondent with petitioner for a period of one year.

Respondent (born in 1982) was placed with the Saratoga County Commissioner of Social Services in October 1996 for a one-year period.
