This is an appeal by Service Realty Company, Inc., appellant, from a judgment rendered against it in the amount of $3,845.35, with costs, on a jury verdict in favor of the appellee, Herbert Luntz'.
The appellant has been engaged in the real estate business in Baltimore City for some years. In July, 1946, it was approached by the appellee, Herbert Luntz, and employed him as a salesman under an oral contract. The terms of this oral contract were not reduced to writing and are in dispute.
