This case involves allegations of racial discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended. Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C.A. § 1343. This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, under Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
