Appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant, entered on a decision of the court in an action on a written agreement of the defendant to pay the plaintiff monthly a sum of money to support and maintain their children, who were infants.

The complaint sets up a cause of action on contract, to wit: On a written agreement, whereby the defendant (the husband of plaintiff) covenants to pay tO' the plaintiff the sum of fifteen dollars per month, for the support and maintenance of his children, and prays judgment for a period of twenty-one months from December, 1893, to September, 1895, at the said rate of fifteen dollars per month, making a total of three hundred and fifteen dollars.
