Appellant brought this suit against appellee lor the rescission of a contract for the purchase by appellant of certain real estate from appellee. The ground relied on for rescission was the fact that ap pellant was a minor under the age of 21 years at the time the contract was made. The trial judge filed the following conclusions of fact and law:
