Background
This summary holdover proceeding was commenced by Golden Mountain Realty Inc. (petitioner) against Abraham Severino (respondent), seeking to recover possession of 202 Mott Street, apartment 17, New York, New York 10012 (subject premises) based on the allegation that respondent was a licensee whose right to possession had terminated with the death of Antonia M.
