—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Louise Gruner Gans, J.), entered September 8, 2000, which, insofar as appealed from, directed defendants to pay plaintiff $22,500 per month commencing July 1, 2000, in relocation expenses until all necessary repairs were completed to his cooperative units, unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, without costs, and the direction vacated.
