Appeal by plaintiff from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 30, 1967, which denied his motion to renew and rehear, on additional facts, a prior motion granting defendant’s application to change the place of trial of this action from Queens County to Sullivan County on the ground of convenience of witnesses.
