This action is brought by William H. Nagle, as executor of the last will and testament of William Schutrum, deceased, against the defendant, to recover a death benefit, amount-, ing to $500. The defendant is the international president of the Cigarmakers’ International Union of America, which is an unincorporated association. This International Union has a constitution and is composed of members of various local unions situate throughout the United States and Canada.
