This case returns to us on remand from the Supreme Court. Appellant Earle Giovanniello sought review of our decision in Giovanniello v. ALM Media, LLC, 660 F.3d 587 (2d Cir.2011), arguing that we erred in concluding that Connecticut state law dictated the statute of limitations that applies to a claim brought in federal court under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227 (TCPA).
