1 1 Tommie L. Matthews appeals from that portion of the Trial Court's summary judgment order affirming the increase in the assessed value of his property. Matthews claims that the Trial Court erred in determining that he was not entitled to the benefit of the limitation on fair cash value of his homestead provided for in Okla.
