Steinert, J. —

This is an appeal from a final decree of adoption, wherein the superior court made absolute its prior interlocutory decree covering the same subject matter and simultaneously denied the motion of the contestant therein to set aside that interlocutory decree.

The contestant appellant, Vera Stone Hope, is the mother of the minor children here involved, and is the daughter of Hazel Fennessey, the respondent in this proceeding.

Sometime in 1943, appellant, then about twenty years of age, and J. Raymond Hope in good faith took each other in matrimony. Appellant had been married before…
