The automobile of the plaintiff, operated by himself, and a car of the defendant company, moving in opposite directions, approached each other upon the same track, and a collision was the natural result. The front part of the automobile was considerably battered and broken as a consequence of the collision and for that the plaintiff seeks to recover damages in this action. He recovered a verdict and judgment in the court below, and from that judgment the defendant appeals.
