In an action to recover alleged overpayments on a construction subcontract, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schmidt, J.), dated March 28, 2013, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment dismissing the defendants’ counterclaims and vacating a mechanic’s lien.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
