MAGILL, Circuit Judge.

This is a products liability case with jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship. A jury held Quality Control Equipment, Inc., (Quality) liable for injuries sustained by Sandra Crossfield while working on a chitterling cleaning machine. Crossfield was injured by the chain/sprocket mechanism of the machine. The jury awarded Crossfield the sum of $1,250,00o. 1 Liability was grounded on theories of strict liability failure to warn and negligent failure to warn.
