Before the Court is the plaintiffs motion to disqualify Lance A. Jackson, Esq., and the law firm of Montagna Klein Camden, L.L.P. (“Montagna Klein”), as counsel for defendant International Longshoremen’s Association, Local 1248 (“ILA Local 1248”) in this matter. ECF No. 29.
