The Court has reviewed the report of the Referee entered in “The Objection of Palm Springs General Hospital” and “The Objection of Baptist Health South Florida Hospital” to the Liquidator’s denial of a direct payment request. Before the Court for consideration are the exceptions filed by Palm Springs General Hospital and Baptist Health South Florida Hospital to the Referee’s recommendation.
