Appellant, William Bruner, on May 2, 1929, filed in the probate court of Vermilion county a claim against the estate of Milton J. Wolford, deceased, in the sum of $2364.19. Four other persons filed claims in like amount. By stipulation it appears that the parties to the other claims agree to abide the decision of this court concerning the claim of Bruner. These five claims were each based on a promissory note for $2000, all of which notes were secured by one real estate mortgage totaling $10,000.
