I have now received bills of particulars and grounds of defense for all claimants and Msurers except Doris Nichols. Whether her bill of particulars was filed and lost or simply not filed, I ask that it (or a copy) be sent directly to me, not to the clerk’s office, by July 16th. As long as I receive it by then, *307I will not entertain a motion to dismiss her claim for failing to file it before now. Of course, copies must be sent to all other counsel.
