This is an action to recover the loss on a policy of insurance. There was a trial by a jury in the court below, and a verdict and judgment for the plaintiff, who is the appellee in this court, for the sum of $10,581.34 and costs. On the trial, the defendant below, the appellant in this court, took a bill of exceptions, and brings the case to this court, and here insists on certain matters set out in this bill of exceptions as errors.
