MEMORANDUM OPINION

RICHARD N. DeGUNTHER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on the Objection of the Chapter 7 Trustee, Stephen G. Balsley, to Exemptions. The parties submitted their arguments by letter.

BACKGROUND

The Debtors filed for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on June 13, 1996. The Voluntary Petition lists a lk seat on the Mid-American Exchange (“Exchange”) as property of the estate.
