The grand jury for Harford County indicted Augustus Hill in manner and form following:
“The Jurors of the State of Maryland, for the body of Harford County, do on their oath present that Augustus Hill, late of Harford County aforesaid, on the fourth day of May, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, at the County aforesaid, unlawfully did sell certain brewed alcoholic liquor to a certain Howard Minnick, he, the said Augustus Hill, then and there not having a license permitting such sale; contrary to the form of the Act of…
