THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Trustee’s Motion to Disqualify Former Blinder Robinson Attorneys, Kalmon Glovin, Nathan Davidovich, John Winston, Thomas Orrell, and Greg Gerganoff (collectively the “Attorneys”) filed November 1, 1990. The Trustee seeks to disqualify the Attorneys from representing Intercontinental Enterprises, Inc.
