1 1 In this action for foreclosure of security interest and an order of delivery, Plaintiff/Appellant, Farm Credit Services of America, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation (Farm Credit), seeks review of the trial court's order granting summary judgment to Defendants/Appellees, Daniel M. Wilson and Naney L. Wilson. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
