BROTHERTON, Chief Justice:
This case involves a habeas corpus brought by Patricia R., the natural mother of Baby Boy R., which was sought in order to revoke a relinquishment of her infant child to the West Virginia Department of Human Services for the purposes of adoption. Patricia R. appeals from the ruling of the Ohio County Circuit Court, which concluded that, as a matter of law, the appellant was not entitled to the habeas corpus sought.
