January 31, 1921, J. D. O’Banion executed a special mortgáge with the act de non alienando in favor of M. V. Hargrove on the following decribed property to secure the payment of $400.00 represented by four promissory notes, viz: All of the NE% of the NWt4 and the SE%- of the NW?¿ of section 22 containing .80 acres of land. This mortgage was recorded on February 7, 1921. On March 26, 1921, O’Banion gave a mortgage on 40 acres of the land above described, that is on the NE% of the NWi/i thereof in favor of Ed. L.
