This matter is before this Court on Alvin Kirby’s motion for appointment of counsel and for leave to proceed in for-ma pauperis. For the reasons hereinafter set forth those motions are denied.

Alvin Kirby is confined in the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri where he is serving a six-year sentence imposed pursuant to a plea of guilty for violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2 and 2113(a)(d).
