This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Ann Ziegelmayer, from a judgment entered in the Superior Court for the defendant Allstate Insurance Company.

This case was decided by the trial justice upon an agreed statement of facts. In the agreed statement of facts, the parties stipulated that in Providence on August 6, 1971, the 1969 Volkswagen convertible owned and operated by plaintiff was struck by another motor vehicle owned and operated by Jeffrey E.
