*1471Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Martha Walsh Hood, A.J.), entered February 9, 2009 in a divorce action. The judgment, inter alia, equitably distributed the marital property of the parties.
It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously modified on the law by deleting the 11th decretal paragraph insofar as it requires defendant to provide a life insurance policy or annuity sufficient to protect plaintiff s share of the pension received by defendant until plaintiffs 84th birthday and as modified the judgment is affirmed without costs, and the…
