Reversing.

On December 28, 1916, about noon, plaintiff’s intestate was struck and killed by one of defendant’s interurban traction cars, and Ms administrator has recovered in this action a verdict and judgment for $12,900, which defendant seeks to reverse for several alleged errors.

Decedent was walking beside Ms team and wagon loaded with tobacco on the turnpike going from Versailles to Lexington when for some reason not explained in the evidence the team turned abruptly from the pike on to the tracks of defendant which parallel the pike, and stopped with…
