This is an appeal from an award of damages made by the jury, and approved by the trial court, in a proceeding t'o condemn a right of way for an electric transmission line across the farm- of Charles R. Murphy in .Dickinson county. For convenience we.shall refer to the landowner as plaintiff and the condemning corporation as defendant, being the-terms'used in'reference to them in the court below.
