The plaintiff in error was convicted of the offense denounced by Section 7239, Comp. Gen. Laws 1927, providing the punishment for buying, receiving or aiding in the concealment of stolen property.

The indictment was presented by the grand jury of Santa Rosa County and charged the defendant, plaintiff in error here, with breaking and entering a dwelling house with intent to steal money and property of the value of less than Fifty Dollars.
