Upon the trial of this case the court below gave binding instructions in favor of the defendant, and subsequently refused to enter judgment non obstante veredicto in favor of plaintiffs, but did enter judgment on the verdict in favor of the defendant.
Plaintiffs have appealed, and their counsel has specified error in what was apparently intended as three assignments, but the form in which they are stated is that of a single assignment, raising three separate questions, and this is a violation of rule 29.
