LOKEN, Circuit Judge.
Roy Lee Hall was convicted of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. We affirmed his conviction and sentence. See United States v. Hall, 171 F.3d 1133, 1138 (8th Cir.1999), cert. denied, 529 U.S. 1027, 120 S.Ct. 1437, 146 L.Ed.2d 326 (2000). Hall then filed a pro se motion for the return of property federal agents had seized during their pretrial investigations.
