This is an appeal from an order of the Monmouth county orphans court dismissing a petition of appeal from an order of the surrogate of Monmouth county admitting a certain paper-writing to probate as and for the last will and testament of the decedent, Louis J. Boury, who died on the 7th day of September, 1937. The will was admitted to probate by an order of the surrogate of Monmouth county on September 23d 1937, and on March 19th, 1938, and within the six months' statutory period allowed non-residents of New Jersey to appeal from the probate of a will, Mae R.
