On this day came on to be considered Appellant Allan Potter’s appeal from a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas in In re: William J. Bailey, Bankr.No. 08-20227. Appellant challenges the Bankruptcy Court’s Order Approving Compensation and Order Denying Rehearing of Application for Compensation, regarding Appellant Potter’s attorney’s fees accrued in connection with his representation of Debtor William Bailey.
