Appellants Brian A. Anderson, Richard Quentin Felts, and Paul William Spicer appeal from convictions for violating various parts of the federal narcotics law. 1 Additionally, Spicer appeals his conviction for carrying a firearm during the commission of a felony. 2 An informant’s tip provided the initial impetus for the investigation leading to the arrests of the appellants, but additional evidence of the informant’s credibility was provided by police surveillance and investigation.
