The debtors appeal the bankruptcy court’s orders denying confirmation of their Chapter 12 plan and dismissing the case. We reverse.
FACTS
In 1985, Gary and Patricia Grimes, the debtors, filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11. A Chapter 11 plan was confirmed on April 21, 1986 and a discharge was entered pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1141(d).
